Have you ever heard about a watch brand inspired by British seaside? It may seem an unlikely attempt. However, the Shore Projects, started by a group of friends who disillusioned by the lack of affordable, expertly engineered and fashionable timepieces on the market, was to create timeless, stylish, affordable and superb watches that could be worn everyday.
There are three generations with Shore Projects so far, Project 1 lunched with a selection of styles taking the founders’ favorite seaside spots including Poole, Whitstable, Portland and St lves, soon there gathered an enthusiastic fan base over the first twelve months. The watches are straightforward in timelessly stylish and aesthetic design, each with a simple, minimal feel. About one year later, building on the success of the Project 1’s success, the second generation came out, designed to mirror vintage timepieces with modern design features and are fully equipped to both stand out and weather the demands of a modern lifestyle. The new collection featured with brushed stainless steel and metallic Milanese interchangeable mesh straps, as well as the Japanese Miyota quartz movement.
For this brand, specially as is pointed, in partnership with the Marine Conservation Society, they will donate £1 to MCS for every watch sold.
